This will usually entail a morning or afternoon but will naturally be arranged at your convenience.

Search Brief:

Everyone's requirements are unique; therefore we work closely with you to provide a tailored Search Brief designed to consider your lifestyle and home needs or the type of property investment you require. We also advise on the most suitable styles of property and locations.

Pro-Active Search:

From the moment you employ our services, our goal will be to locate and secure, your perfect property. We will inform you of all the suitable properties available to you at the time and of any subsequent properties that become available in the future. Retaining Fee - payable on instruction and prior to the property search. This fee is deductible from any finding fee. Search Length - three months. Finding Fee - the finding fee is calculated as a percentage of the final purchase price or the percentage of the saving we achieve. Payable - on completion.

RENTAL SEARCH

Retaining Fee - payable on instruction and prior to the property search. This fee is deductible from any finding fee. Search Length - one week. Finding Fee - one month’s rent. Payable - upon signing the rental agreement.
